About Natalie
Natalie Martinot is a Vedic Meditation teacher, physiotherapist, clinical pilates instructor, yoga teacher, integrative health coach and the mother of three beautiful children with a huge passion for holistic health and the complementary blending of both western and eastern techniques and philosophies to create ultimate wellness.
Natalie’s 13 years practising as a physiotherapist and clinical pilates instructor gave her a great foundation in the science of the human body but more and more she found patients required not just physical treatment but that stress, exhaustion, nutrition and other lifestyle factors had a huge effect on their outcome. This ultimately led her to studying the mind-body connection ( that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning) and led to her becoming a meditation teacher.
Natalie teaches private and small group Vedic Meditation classes as she feels it is the one tool we cannot live without when navigating the modern world we live in today. By giving the nervous system a deep state of rest through this simple effortless meditation technique we dissolve accumulated stress, tension and fatigue which ultimately leads to a calmer, happier more stabilised state of being.
She is also continuing her studies in meditation and mindfulness for children and is passionate about conscious parenting and holistic education where we are nurturing the mind, body and spirit of each child.
Natalie can’t wait to assist others through modern science and ancient wisdom to curate the life of their dreams, without comparison, moving from passive socially conditioned thinking to living life on their terms in true alignment with their highest self.
